- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup cucumber
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond or hemp milk
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smoothie reaches desired consistency. Add more liquid if necessary. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
If the consistency is too thick, add more almond or hemp milk. Sprinkle chia and hemp seeds on top.
