Matcha Plant Power Smoothie

Description

Need an energy boost minus the coffee jitters? This superfood-packed vegan smoothie is filled with all of the good (green) stuff. Bonus: It tastes delicious.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond or hemp milk

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smoothie reaches desired consistency. Add more liquid if necessary. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

If the consistency is too thick, add more almond or hemp milk. Sprinkle chia and hemp seeds on top.
