Spinach Artichoke Tart
When it comes to cozy fall gatherings, comfort food takes center stage. This tart is an elevated spin on a comforting classic, spinach artichoke dip.

: Sauté the onion with olive oil, then add the apple cider vinegar. Move to a bowl.
: Add more olive oil to the pan, then sauté the garlic and artichoke. After done, move to the bowl.
: Once cooled, add the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon zest, mustard, pepper jack, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and spinach to the bowl and stir together.
: Scoop the spinach filling into pastry, leaving a border. Add an artichoke half and sprinkle cheese on top.
: Bake for 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees F.
: Top with lemon juice and zest, and thyme. Enjoy!
