Watermelon Mint Cocktail
Watermelon Mint Vodka Cocktail

Ingredients
- Seedless watermelon, cut into squares squares
- Fresh mint
- Vodka
- Seltzer water
Instructions
1. Muddle and mix 6 or 7 pieces of watermelon in a glass until it looks like a thicker version of watermelon juice
2. Chop a fresh mint leaf very finely, mix with the watermelon
3. Add a shot (or two!) of vodka
4. Top off with the seltzer water, we prefer grapefruit flavored, but plain seltzer water works too!
5. Garnish with one more fresh mint leaf and enjoy
