Rosemary Lemonade

For the rosemary simple syrup:
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 to 2 large sprigs rosemary
For the lemonade:
- 5 to 6 large lemons
- 5 cups water
- lemon slices, for garnish
- rosemary sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
- To make the simple syrup, combine the water, sugar, and rosemary sprigs into a small saucepan over medium high heat. Bring it to a boil and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat, cover, and let the rosemary steep for 30 minutes. Strain the liquid to separate the rosemary sprigs from the simple syrup.
- Juice the lemons. In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, water, and rosemary simple syrup. Chill for an hour and serve over ice.

its not that sweet, isn´t it … thats always good if it is reeeaaaally hot ^^
Just made this and it’s delicious! Fun use for rosemary from my garden
