Winter Sangria

Winter Sangria

1/2 cup fresh cranberries
1/4 cup chopped pears
1/4 cup chopped figs
1/2 cup vanilla cinnamon simple syrup (heat to dissolve equal parts water and sugar with a cinnamon stick and vanilla)
bottle of dry Prosecco or sparkling water
rosemary and cinnamon sticks, for garnish


  1. Add the chopped fruit and simple syrup to a large pitcher.
  2. Pour in the carbonation right before serving.
  3. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and cinnamon sticks.
