My friend & I shared this acai bowl in NYC last Fall and I’ve been hooked ever since. Full of fruit and antioxidants, but also not too sweet. This is a great option for me before a long bike ride as I need all the fast-acting carbs I can get.

Acai Breakfast Bowl

Acai Breakfast Power Bowl

Ingredients
- acai powder
- 1 frozen banana
- unsweetened almond milk
- protein powder
- coconut flakes
- hemp seeds
- cacao nibs
- granola
- fresh berries
- optional: almond butter
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the acai powder, frozen banana, unsweetened almond milk and a scoop of protein powder. Hint: most ace powders come with a great ace bowl recipe on the back.
- Option to swirl in almond butter for extra fat and protein.
- Top with coconut flakes, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, granola and fresh berries.
