Red Cabbage Slaw

springtime brunch

Serves 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1/2 small red cabbage, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 3/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil

Instructions

  1. Run red onion under cool water and drain to remove bite.
  2. Whisk oil, lime juice together.
  3. Add cilantro, onion, and cabbage.
