I admit that I’m already on my second cup of coffee and still moving a bit slower after a late-night holiday party at a friend’s house last night — thank goodness for another day of the weekend, with time to lay around, watch a Christmas movie, and finally finish getting all my holiday cards ready to send out. Oh, and hopefully make a healthy, detox-worthy recipe for dinner, like this White Bean, Kale & Squash Minestrone — I’m in serious need of some clean eating! All our decorating is done, which makes it so much more fun to have a cozy day at home. What are all of you up to today?
