(Thought this sweet shot of Mimi Thorisson and her daughter was particularly fitting for Mother’s Day weekend. Mimi is definitely one of the coolest, classiest moms I know, and somehow makes having 6 kids – with another on the way – appear effortless. And she definitely makes me want to pick up and move to the South of France. Happy Mother’s Day, Mimi!)
What do all of you have on the agenda this weekend? I’m crossing my fingers for sunshine so we can pack a picnic, take Phoebe to the park, and stroll around the lake… and maybe even throw an impromptu barbecue and pool party with a few good friends (yes, it is already that hot in Austin.) Hope you all carve out some time this weekend to shut off computers and put away your phones so you can get outside and have some fun (remember — those emails can wait until Monday!)
