When Food Network asked us to produce an original take on the classic Easter egg roll, we couldn’t wait to get thumping on this creative assignment. We didn’t have to look further than Phoebe’s nursery to find our inspiration — the illustrated books of Beatrix Potter! With leafy garden centerpieces, carrot-and-ranch snacks and strawberry cupcakes, we put together a backyard bash that Peter himself would surely approve of.
