Did you all have a good Christmas week? I’ve got to say that Phoebe’s total obsession with Santa this year made it extra fun. I wish you could have seen her face when she discovered that he’d brought her a train set and a dollhouse just like she’d asked him. A miracle! Also, can’t believe there are only four more days in 2014. I’m already starting to look ahead to the new year, thinking about my resolutions and a new mindset that I want to take in 2015 (slow my pace, stop multitasking, & focus on the person I’m with.) Research says that we stick to resolutions a lot more when they’re specific and practical, so I need to narrow it down a bit… but for now I’m just letting it marinate. And about New Year’s Eve! Do you guys have any fun parties on the agenda? We’re hosting a cozy game night and dinner for a few friends at home — I’m definitely in the mood for a low-key affair this year. Though I did get in a festive state-of-mind with this round-up of my favorite NYE parties from around the web, to inspire your own soirées or just your love of sparkle this year!
