When serving great oysters, keep the rest of the ingredients simple. Ethan offered half the oysters with traditional cocktail sauce, while the other half were dressed with sliced ginger, a spoonfull of pomegranate juice, wasabi paste, a drop of mirin and microgreens.

Beautiful photos! What is the design on the ceiling about the dining room table?

Hi Kristin! The design was hand painted by Austin-based Red Start Design Studios. Isn’t it amazing??

The same artists painted gorgeous details all over the Steads’ home… including the windows on slide 10, and a full landscape of Martha’s Vineyard in the room of their two little boys.

The ceiling was even more gorgeous in person… Tracey & Ethan are the masters of mixing unexpected elements together (high and low, old and new, contemporary and traditional) to make magic!!
