A Day of Thanksgiving

Kinfolk

Today I’m thankful for…

Being married to my best friend and favorite person in the world.

Having the most talented, fun, smart and creative team I could imagine. You girls make work not feel like work.

Cappuccinos every morning.

The friendly, relaxed vibe of Austin. Yesterday I was out running Thanksgiving errands and was once again reminded of how very cool this city that I live in is.

My Nikon camera, my Macbook Pro and my iPhone that allow me to work from anywhere. Yes, I’ve somehow become a gadget girl.

Cute flats. They’re my new uniform.

Having both of our parents in the same city – I’m so happy that Phoebe is getting to grow up spending so much time with her grandparents.

Gel manicures that stay on for 2 weeks.

It almost goes without saying, but my baby girl is just the best thing in the world. There’s nothing better than seeing her smiling up at me when she wakes up in the morning – truly the sunshine of my life!

Of course, I can’t let this day pass by without saying how thankful I am for all of you readers! There’s nothing better than getting up each morning knowing that I I’m doing what I love, and the fact that you guys keep coming back every day is what allows me to do it. Hope you all have a joyful, fun, family and friends-filled day with way too much good food. And yes, you should definitely have that second slice of pumpkin pie. Happy Thanksgiving!

What a beautiful Thanksgiving post! It’s the one American holiday that I wish we celebrated here all the way over in Australia.
Do you think I can start the trend?
