It’s summertime, and you need these stir sticks in your life… or at the very least, in your cocktails. Planning to host (or co-host) any time soon? These little beauties are the perfect addition to any cheery party. They require just four (count ’em… four!) supplies, even fewer steps, and when set out in glasses on your bar or buffet, they’ll add a bit of floral flair to the scene in lieu of an entire arrangement. They need almost no instructions, but just in case, they’re all listed out below… cheers!

Carnation Stir Sticks
supplies
- 1 bunch of carnations (or more if you want different colors)
- scissors
- wooden sticks
- floral wire
instructions
- Separate out carnations, ensuring you've purchased a fresh bunch
- Cut off flower heads
- Carefully thread floral wire through the bottom of the flower head
- Place the flower at the top of wooden stick, then wrap wire around stick until flower is in place
