After a November that was full of client projects, meetings and an intense photo shoot schedule… I’m finally ready to fully embrace the spirit of the season and have some fun! It’s kicking off today with my friend Myra’s annual Cookie Exchange – an afternoon that’s spent gabbing with girlfriends, sipping prosecco and getting our sugar highs on. This much-anticipated tradition inspired the Cookie Swap party that we put together for Cooking Channel this year. Hop on over for all the details (including the downloadable template for these “to-go” bags!) It’s such a simple concept that you could totally still plan one for a big group of friends this season. And while we’re on the subject… what kind of cookies is everyone making this year? Do y’all have any go-to’s that always make an appearance on your holiday menus?

It’s always SO fun to see what people make. SPOILER ALERT…I’m doing Key Lime Meltaways this year!

Love the cookie swap! We used to to one every year and it was such a great idea! I just told my friends that we should do one!
