- 1.5 oz Puerto Rican rum
- 1/2 oz Jamaican Rum
- 1/2 oz Demerara Rum
- 1 oz Fresh Orange Juice
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz Velvet Falernum (a clove-spiced almond syrup)
- 3/4 oz “Gardenia Mix” (recipe below)
Add all ingredients to a blender with ice and blend on high speed until the consistency is uniform. Pour into a Pearl Diver glass — or coconut shell! — and garnish with edible flowers, such as an orchid.
- 1 oz sweet butter
- 1 oz honey
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp allspice dram
Whip together all ingredients. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
