If your mom is anything like mine, her drinking habits are… well, minimal. No matter the occasion, you can bet that her first glass of wine will be her last, and shortly thereafter it’s straight to bed (no shame mom, we both know that’ll likely be me in a few years.) That being said, there’s no one more deserving of a toast, and since fresh herbs and fruity flavors are the way straight to her heart, we’ve got two simple cocktail recipes that are so good, she might even come back for glass #2.
The foodie behind the recipes? None other than Sarah Adler — nutrition coach, blogger and author ofThe Simply Real Health Cookbook. With a focus on fresh ingredients, these recipes are simple enough to whip up for a Mother’s Day brunch, and so refreshing you’ll be revisiting them all summer long. Can’t wait to try the Gin Fizz this weekend! Thanks for sharing Chanel 🙂
My mom is a hardcore Tequila woman. I might try this with that spirit instead!
Greyhound sounds delightful and love your Mom comments. Mine was much like yours and I have become her…..in drinking habits. But will definitely be sharing this with friends. Thanks
