This Garden margarita is a take on your traditional green celery juice, but with a mezcal twist. Taken from Vibrant, Houston’s newest health restaurant, we cannot get enough of this refreshing cocktail. Do yourself and your guests a favor and whip up a pitcher of these at your next party!

Ingredients
For the margarita:
- 2 oz Mezcal
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Honey Syrup
- 1 oz Celery Juice
For the garnish:
- ½ Rim of Maldon Salt
- 1 Lime Wheel
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and shake well.
- Strain contents over ice in a salted glass and garnish with the lime wheel
