One of the best things about our new office is its proximity to so many great fitness studios. From barre, to spin, to the Hike & Bike Trail, we each have our favorite place to tuck away for a mid-day workout. The only problem? Returning to the office sweaty… especially since you never know when you’ll be asked to jump into a photo around here. So, we partnered with Botanics‘ to stock our powder room with everything we’d ever need to hit refresh in the middle of the work day, and with the help of its incredible line of skincare products, I’d say our setup could rival that of even the most exclusive spa in town.
Since our small bathroom doesn’t have any built-in storage, we needed a cabinet that was spacious enough for our belongings, yet not too oversized for the space. This glass front cabinet was the obvious winner, and since it’s under 5 feet tall, we can arrange decorative items along its top, too.
No bathroom is complete without an arsenal of hair tools, so we devoted one of our four woven baskets to storing a hair dryer, flat iron and curling iron.
When it comes to makeup, we all have different needs, but having a few universal favorites in stock never hurts. Some neutral concealers, a couple fun blush shades, and brushes in every shape and size mean that we can all get camera-ready in a flash. For those mornings when a little more help is needed to make us look bright eyed, we reach for a combo of Botanics’ All Bright Eye Roll-On and Triple Age Renewal Hydrating Eye Serum to ensure we’ll look rested and ready for the camera.
Of course, the first step in any beauty routine is getting that mug squeaky clean. If there’s one beauty product I can’t live without, it’s face wipes. Infused with hibiscus to tone my skin, the All Bright Facial Wipes from Botanics are some of the best I’ve ever used. They leave my skin with such a nice glow. They’re always the first thing I reach for when I come back from a mid-day work out.
On this day in particular, Carmen and I both came back to the studio after a lunchtime barre class. Not surprisingly, we were in dire need of a pick-me up.
Carmen went for the hot cloth cleanser, while I hit reset with a facial wipe. It was so lovely to have everything needed on hand to dive back in to the workday feeling rejuvenated.
