The first whispers of summer made themselves heard this weekend in Austin – I actually donned a bikini and caught up on magazines by the pool yesterday while Adam worked in the yard and Phoebe napped. (heaven.) The balmy weather arrives just in time to heat things up for Cinco de Mayo this weekend, and since our whole team is pretty into all things Mexican-inspired (exhibit A: last week’s happy hour), you can bet your burrito we’ll be sharing plenty of Cinco inspiration this week on the blog. Thought I’d pull together an inspiration board of all the images that have been getting me in a fiesta frame of mind this year: think colorful embroidery, paper flowers, fruity sangria, watermelon everything and tacos, tacos, tacos!
