My name is Chanel, and I’m a house-aholic. I’m coming to you guys about it because I’m hoping someone out there can relate. You see, ever since my husband and I purchased our first home a few months ago, ideas of how I want to furnish it, what renovations we want (need!) to make, what pieces we should get rid of, have consumed my every thought. The vision: warm, textured neutrals. Light and fresh, but not at all sterile. As it compares to our old place, I’m imagining this house is going to feel more grown up, and hopefully, a lot more minimal. But I digress…
The point here is that I’m addicted. to. my. house. I suppose there are far worse things upon which one could be dependent, right? Sure, it might pose a strain on my wallet, but my health is in tip top shape! Never better! And besides, I can totally quit any time I want.
