If your mom is anything like mine, her drinking habits are… well, minimal. No matter the occasion, you can bet that her first glass of wine will be her last, and shortly thereafter it’s straight to bed (no shame mom, we both know that’ll likely be me in a few years.) - 3 ounces high quality vodka
- juice of one fresh grapefruit (about 6 ounces)
- 6 ounces club soda
- Split ingredients between 2 glasses with ice
- Stir well and serve
