11 Single-Serving Dessert Recipes We Love

Treat your sweet self.

By Hannah Zahner
Mini Pumpkin Tarts

I have a major sweet tooth. Like major. Usually, I can satisfy it with my usual square (or three) of dark chocolate. But sometimes that just doesn’t cut it, and I crave something warm, cozy, and a little more indulgent. I don’t know about you, but if I bake a batch of two dozen cookies they will be gone in a matter of days, no matter how hard I try to pace myself. Not ideal.

Sometimes you just want a sweet something that’s easy to whip up for a cozy night in.

Fortunately, there are so many amazing single-serving recipes out there for when you just need a bite or two of something sweet. Whether you live alone or are just trying to avoid downing half a cake in one sitting, these sweet little dessert recipes are just what you need – plus, a few recipes on our list are refined sugar free and dairy or gluten free!

Scroll on for 11 of our favorite sweets to whip up on a whim!
