Summer has arrived, and we’re continuing our search for simple and delicious recipes to keep meal planning easy – ’cause we’re still cooking almost 3 meals a day at home.

With kids at home, temps heating up, and some slight grocery shortages, pasta dishes are always a go-to. There’s just something so satisfying about ending the day with a bowl full of pasta, and thankfully it’s the perfect canvas for celebrating bright, in-season produce.     Love this roundup, Hailey! I’m always on the hunt for a simple, summery pasta recipe, and I can vouch from experience that my summer spaghetti with burrata is pretty much perfect. Can’t wait to try some of these others <3
