Summer has arrived, and we’re continuing our search for simple and delicious recipes to keep meal planning easy – ’cause we’re still cooking almost 3 meals a day at home.

With kids at home, temps heating up, and some slight grocery shortages, pasta dishes are always a go-to. There’s just something so satisfying about ending the day with a bowl full of pasta, and thankfully it’s the perfect canvas for celebrating bright, in-season produce. Today we’ve rounded up 10 of our favorites — all with less than 10 ingredients. Scroll on, and let us know in the comments if you’ve tried these, or have other faves to recommend.

Kale Pesto with Whole Wheat Pasta

One of our favorites, Joshua McFadden, created this gorgeous vivid green dish using his famous kale pesto and whole wheat pasta.

One Pot Summertime Pasta

A couldn’t-be-easier, couldn’t-be-tastier meal for when you want some pasta at home without too much heat in the kitchen.

Caramelized Shiitake Mushroom Risotto

The easiest vegan risotto infused with sautéed shallot and caramelized shiitake mushrooms. Hearty, flavorful, and beyond tasty.

30-Minute Cashew Alfredo

A vegan and gluten-free bowl of goodness, you’ll barely believe that this alfredo sauce is made with cashews instead of cream.

Pasta with Brown Butter, Whole Lemon, and Parmesan

This luxurious dish is deceivingly simple. A whole lemon is the perfect zesty foil for brown butter and parmesan. YUM.

Bucatini with Spicy Tomatoes

Tomatoes, fresh chile and a bright punch of lemon… need we say more?

Cheesy Kale Pasta

Get your greens on — in the most fun way possible.

Summer Spaghetti with Tomatoes, Burrata, & Basil

If there’s one culinary lesson I learned from our trip to Tuscany, it’s that the simplest dishes are often the best. This one is no exception.

Tagliatelle with Spicy Tomatoes, Shrimp and Aged Feta

A riff on Shrimp Saganaki. San Marzano tomatoes recommended.

Mushroom Stroganoff

A lighter, vegetarian spin on stroganoff that is just as satisfying. Easily make this one dairy free and vegan if you wish.

10-Ingredient Creamy Vegan Pantry Pasta

A crowd pleaser for vegans and meat-eaters alike. Whip this one up in no time with mostly pantry ingredients!

Simple Carbonara

As Bon Appetite puts it, “It’s the no-food-in-the-house dinner of our dreams”.

Simplest Zucchini Parmesan Pasta

Finally, the perfect solution for the surplus of zucchini and squash in my veggie drawer! These get caramelized and turned into a silky sauce that stands in for cream.

Garlic Butter Mushroom and Goat Cheese Fettuccine

Garlic, fresh herbs, mushrooms and goat cheese… date night, sorted.

Pasta with Sausage and Arugula

Gemelli is my favorite little chewy pasta shape. Tossed with satisfying sausage and bitter arugula, this will become a regular in the weeknight rotation.

Love this roundup, Hailey! I’m always on the hunt for a simple, summery pasta recipe, and I can vouch from experience that my summer spaghetti with burrata is pretty much perfect. Can’t wait to try some of these others <3
