Chocolate Green Smoothie

Chocolate and greens = the perfect balance.

By Katherine Fluor

Because mint and chocolate together is never a bad idea. This may be the most guilt-free way to enjoy the two: in a green smoothie that will serve and lift you up in the hours that follow it. This smoothie is also great without the mint. For a version with a double boost of energy, try the Coffee Chocolate Green Buzz Smoothie.

This recipe is taken from Sarah Adler’s Simply Real Cooking cookbook. Check out the full post for Sarah’s 7 steps to balanced, healthy living here.

I’ve often wondered if I could spice up my regular green smoothie with chocolate!
Now I have the proper inspiration to give it a go though I suspect it will end up looking a bit like swamp water lol.
