- 2 oz earl grey infused gin (below)
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- top with sparkling water or club soda
- serve on ice
To make infused gin:
You will need 2 tablespoons of loose leaf earl grey tea for every 8 ounces of gin. Pour the gin and the loose leaf tea into a large carafe or bottle. Cover and let the container sit at room temperature for a minimum of 2 hours. Using a fine mesh strainer, filter the gin into another container and you can make drinks right away or store in the bar.
