- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/2 cup cointreau
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Ground Cinnamon
- 6 cups champagne
- pomegranate seeds, fresh mint leaves and cinnamon sticks for garnish
- Combine everything in a pitcher and stir.
- Divide among glasses over ice and garnish with pomegranate seeds, mint and cinnamon stick.
