I love when a product lives up to the hype. I’ve been drinking a macro-friendly Ka’chava nutritional shake daily for a few months now with no sign of stopping. My favorite is the vanilla because I like starting with a neutral flavor. I always add ice and up to a cup of frozen fruit for a simple shake. That said: My current obsession is this protein + fiber-packed mix that truly tastes like a cheesecake milkshake: 2 scoops + half frozen banana + frozen raspberries + 1/2 c Greek yogurt (add ice and cover with water, blend).
