Until a few years ago, I’d proclaimed myself to be “not a jewelry person.” The big blingy stuff didn’t resonate with me, and so I settled on wearing nothing at all, and chalked it up to being a minimalist when it came to accessorizing. Such was life until Shaesby entered my world. One simple set of studs was the gateway into the Austin-based line, and now, my collection has grown to include more Shaesby jewelry than I can count, including my custom engagement ring. Knowing that each piece is made by hand from start to finish using all ethically sourced materials, my accessorizing philosophy looks a little different now: I’ve gone from being a jewelry minimalist, to a jewelry purist.
