For me, this year has been about simplifying, trusting my intuition, and coming back home to my body. I pivoted my career, starting a new job in July. I explored a 30-day break from alcohol. Seven months later, I haven’t had a drink. I also recommitted to movement, sleep, intentional nutrition, and re-established healthy habits I had abandoned for so long. When I think of holistic wellness, it’s everything from how I start my day to how I move and fuel my body to how I rest and relax. Wellness encompasses so much—and this wellness gift guide has something for everyone on your list.

2024 Wellness Gift Guide: 20 Thoughtful Picks for Every Mind and Body

If you’ve read any of my pieces this year—from saving money to creating a mid-year vision board and more—it’s clear I’ve been focused on investing in myself. A year of wellness, if you will. With that, I’ve been giving thought to all of the tools and purchases I made this year and everything that got me through it. This wellness gift guide was so fun to put together as these items are my tried-and-true’s and ones that I use almost every single day, whether on the trail in Austin, at home, or on the road.

If you have any loved ones you’re buying for this holiday season who are on a similar path, I can guarantee they will love these. I sure do.

EVLO

Fitness Subscription

At 42, building strength has been a huge goal for me. I was introduced to Evlo by my sister, and I love their approach to gentle consistency. The founder, Shannon, and trainer, Payton, are both physical therapists, and they bring so much science and intention to each class. The app is easy to navigate and I love that I can take it on the road with me when I travel. Pro tip: Listen to Shannon’s interview on The Skinny Confidential to learn a bit more about the program.

Hatch

Rest Go Portable Sound Machine

I sleep with the full-size version, so when I was gifted the travel size, I was elated. It’s small, but don’t let the size fool you, it still drowns out noises in hotels and has become a travel staple.

Visp

The Elixir Mixer

This is a must-have, especially for mixing up matcha or greens powders on the go. It’s small enough to pop in a travel bag and use in the airport or hotel.

Lululemon

Wunder Train High-Rise Tight 25″

There’s no better pant that holds me in tight enough for a run or strength training.

True Botanicals

Chebula Eye Patches

Another favorite item to travel with. I like to pop these in the mini-fridge in my hotel and wear them in the morning while I’m having coffee and getting ready. They instantly depuff and moisturize.

Random House

Outlive by Peter Attia

It’s a long read but one that I dove into this summer and have taken so much from. If you have anyone in your life who is fascinated by the science behind longevity and geeks out on stats, this is for them.

Skin Pharm

Crystal Clear + Youth Serum

I dramatically changed my skincare routine this year thanks to Skin Pharm treating my rosacea. My hero products remain their crystal clear pads and their youth serum, which contains three peptides, hyaluronic acid, and niacinamide to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. My skin has never looked better.

Be Well By Kelly

Chocolate Grass-Fed Beef Protein Powder

I love the care and research that Kelly Leveque has put into this product and the taste is unrivaled. If you’ve followed Kelly, you’ve probably heard about her Fab 4 Smoothies (protein, fat, fiber, and greens), which my body craves.

Beats

Powerbeats Pro

I have work earbuds and workout earbuds—these are hands down the best for working out. They perfectly fit over the ear, so they don’t pop out while running and the sound quality is top tier.

bala

Pilates Essentials Kit

This kit is perfect for the at-home workout enthusiast. I like packing the Bala bars for travel when I don’t have access to a hotel gym.

EltaMD

UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 – Tinted

Now that I’m investing so much into my skincare, I’ve made SPF a daily non-negotiable.

Grounded Practice Journal by Gustavo Padron

I’ve never been one to journal or capture my thoughts, but after some big life shifts earlier in the year, I wanted to focus on both gratitude and future goals. My friend Gustavo created the perfect journal for reflection and manifestation. Much to my surprise, several of the things I wrote down have happened for me.

Casa Zuma

Daybreak Candle

I’m a girl who loves ambiance and a really good candle can set the tone. Camille created a perfect scent of fresh floral with a hint of musk that I can’t get enough of.

Goodr

It’s Not Black It’s Obsidian

Goodr has every style of frames you can imagine, and they are the BEST for outdoor workouts, boat days, and anything else under the sun (literally). I won’t wear another pair for any of those activities.

Hydro Flask

40 oz Travel Tumbler

I know there are several water bottles on the market, but this is the one for me. Easy to carry, transport in my car, pop in a travel bag, and it inspires me to drink more water throughout the day.

Pottery Barn

Fireside Cozy Sherpa Reversible Throw

If there’s one thing about me, it’s that I’m always wrapped in a cozy blanket. Right now, this is my favorite.

AG1

Add AG1 to the list of things that are always in my travel bag. I take this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and feel like it gives me an extra boost of energy.

Kroma

24K Beef Bone Broth Individuals

Whenever I travel, I make sure to pack individual packets of Kroma’s 24k Beef Bone Broth. It’s my go-to for a nourishing boost of protein on the road.

Maude

Vibe

Sexual wellness is very much a part of the equation when I look at how I’m feeling—and this is one of the best vibrators on the market.

Barefoot Scientist

Dream State Sleep Spray

I spray this on the bottoms of my feet after a long trail day and I swear it eases any foot discomfort and helps me sleep like a baby.
