The Best Tricks for Hiding Roots

May 1st, 2017

I’d like a show of hands: does anyone actually manage to stick to the recommended six to eight weeks between color appointments? No? If you’re anything like me, six to eight months can go by (okay, maybe not quite that much, but still) before you realize that your hair is basically screaming for a trip to the salon.

Thankfully, there are more easy and quick ways than ever to keep your roots (and/or grays) on the DL while you—eventually–get around to your next hair appointment. From stealthy powders to quick sprays, these newfangled products will keep your color looking fresh, even if it’s anything but!

Oh yeah – I am so bad.
I colour my hair way too much – last time I went to my hairdresser she had a little cry at me about it.
I have started using root touch up spray!
Great suggestions by the way – just one week before this I bought my spray otherwise you would have sold me!
