Hey friends, hope you’re all having a cozy holiday vibe-filled weekend. Yesterday we bundled up and took the kids out for brunch and a long chilly walk around the city, then spent the afternoon wrapping gifts, mailing cards, and watching Christmas movies (Phoebe’s obsessed with The Grinch.) Later, Adam and I stole away for a much-needed date night: during the craziness leading up to Christmas, I’m finding that we have to be really intentional about setting aside a few moments of one-on-one time to really connect. Also, I’m headed to New York on Tuesday, and it’ll be my first time to ever be there at the holidays! The forecast is calling for a chance of snow, so fingers crossed I get some winter wonderland magic while I’m there (especially since it’ll be the only snow I see all year.) Follow along on the trip here, and let me know in the comments if there are any NYC spots I need to be sure to visit while I’m there. And… keep reading for a few links that I loved this week. xo
