- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/4 onion, diced
- 1 mango, cut in cubes
- 1 teaspoon of chipotles and adobo sauce
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Combine the avocado, tomatoes, onion, mango and chipotles and adobo and gently toss.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve with corn tortilla chips.
