Baked Eggs

Ingredients

  • Eggs (2 per person)
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Heavy cream
  • Tomato sauce
  • Red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add a few spoonfuls of tomato sauce in your dish and make a well for the 2 eggs. If you like a little spice, sprinkle with the red pepper flakes.
  2. Add the 2 eggs into the tomato sauce wells. After the eggs are nestled into the center, add a drizzle of cream and top with a couple of pinches of parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake in the oven 10-12 minutes until the white is solid and the yolk is cooked softly.
  4. Serve immediately, because the eggs will continue to cook.
