Chia Berry Smoothie

Serves 1


  • 1/2 frozen banana, chopped into 1" pieces
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • a squeeze of honey
  • a few fresh mint leaves (more or less depending on how minty you like it)
  • 1-2 cups almond milk

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender, then blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour into a large glass – bonus points for a cute straw.
  3. Drink!
