Hydrating Summer Salad with Heirloom Tomatoes

  • 4 cups rainbow chard and mixed greens
  • ¼ cup micro greens
  • 1 cup heirloom tomatoes
  • ½ cup yellow and cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup jicama
  • 1 avocado
  • Handful basil leaves
  • Handful oregano leaves
  • Hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup crushed walnuts


  • Sakara Magic Mushroom Dressing


  1. Chop up all of the greens, jicama, tomatoes, and avocado.
  2. Incorporate the chopped herbs, hemp seeds and walnuts and toss together while pouring on the Sakara Magic Mushroom Dressing.
