- 2 multigrain Wasa cracker toasts
- spreadable goat cheese
- 1 or 2 slices smoked salmon
- olive oil
- sprouts (alfalfa, sunflower, or any other variety)
- salt and pepper
- Spread a layer of goat cheese onto crackers.
- Add smoked salmon, drizzle with olive oil, and top with sprouts, salt and pepper.
