Salmon Wasa Cracker Breakfast Toast

  • 2 multigrain Wasa cracker toasts
  • spreadable goat cheese
  • 1 or 2 slices smoked salmon
  • olive oil
  • sprouts (alfalfa, sunflower, or any other variety)
  • salt and pepper


  1. Spread a layer of goat cheese onto crackers.
  2. Add smoked salmon, drizzle with olive oil, and top with sprouts, salt and pepper.
