Your 2019 CS Cleanse Shopping List

Serves 1

Produce

  • 4 avocados
  • 1 pack baby spinach
  • 4 seedless cucumbers
  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 bunch flat leaf parsley
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 limes
  • 1 orange
  • 1 fennel bulb
  • 2 heads garlic
  • 1 pound brussels sprouts
  • 1 bunch broccolini (or sub broccoli)
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 butternut squash (or 12 ounces pre-chopped)
  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 package sunflower sprouts
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 pears
  • 1 pomegranate or 1 pack pomegranate seeds
  • a couple of citrus fruits for your fruit salad: clementines, pomelos, persimmons, grapefruit - whatever are your faves!

Refrigerated

  • 1 lb salmon filet, skin removed
  • 1 bag frozen blueberries
  • 1 bag frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 container organic almond milk
  • 1/2 dozen organic eggs
  • 1 container hummus
  • 1 small container plain Greek yogurt

Spices

  • harissa powder or harissa sauce
  • curry powder
  • red pepper flakes
  • chile powder
  • cumin

Nuts & Baking

  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup flax or chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 bag unsweetened shredded coconut

Prepared Foods

  • small container collagen protein powder (we love chocolate coconut)
  • 1 bag rice cakes
  • 1 bag quinoa (or a scoop of cooked quinoa from salad bar)
  • 1 box seeded gluten-free crackers
  • 1 can organic black beans
  • 1 package corn tortillas
  • 1 bag roasted chickpeas (or 1 can garbanzo beans)
  • 1 small can tomato paste

Pantry Staples

  • 1 quart chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 jar organic almond butter
  • 1 bottle olive oil
  • 1 bottle apple cider vinegar
  • 1 bottle rice vinegar
  • 1 jar mustard
  • 1 jar honey
  • 1 jar maple syrup
  • cinnamon
  • kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • vanilla extract
