I never thought I’d say it, but suddenly my favorite skinny jeans aren’t looking quite as current as I thought they always would. It shouldn’t come as such a surprise — I mean, haven’t pant trends fluctuated in a continual cycle since the dawn of, well, women wearing pants? Still, trying on that first pair of flared or wide-leg jeans can be an eye-opening experience, and I’m still getting used to the way that such a drastically different silhouette looks on my bod. It feels classic, grown-up, and somehow even sexier than a skintight skinny leg. What do you guys think? There has never been a time when I wouldn’t wear 501s and those Zara styles are great.
I have to say, I’m a hard sell because of how much I love my skinny jeans, but the high-rise flare styles look great! So classic and flattering. Thanks for broadening my jean horizons 😉

I’m with you — but fun to try something new! Let us know if you give them a spin. 🙂
I love my skinny jeans in every possible color, but I must say after recently purchasing a pair of ripped boyfriend jeans, I absolutely love them. They’re like wearing a pair of sweat pants but better because you can dress them up or just go for a more casual look, and I’m not embarrassed to wear them down to the shop like sweat pants 🙂
I have to say I’m over the skinny jean thing. The classic straight leg is a given, and I love a full leg jean, but Levi’s button fly 50l’s are my favorite. Not just for the guys.
