    It would be nice if it specified actual sizes instead of just 2 containers of Greek yogurt. 2 8oz containers? 2 giant containers? How many bananas is considered 1 bunch?

    This next year I really want to focus on taking better care of myself – that includes getting more sleep and having slower mornings. Part of that is eating breakfast every day, so I’m excited about these lists! This morning I thought I’d try something different and make “crazy” toast, haha. Ezekial bread topped with almond butter, sliced bananas, and blueberries, and drizzled with agave syrup. SO GOOD.

    Quick question… can you let me know what sort of kitchen supplies I will need for the recipes. I don’t have a blender :/

      You’re definitely going to need a blender! You can get a magic bullet for a good price from Walmart, target, or winners. I’ve had my magic bullet for at least three years, using it most mornings and it’s still working well!

    Avocado appears to be in the Day One recipe but not on the Week One Shopping list – am I missing something here? Maybe the Shopping List PDFs were incorrectly matched to the weeks? Please let me know so we can adjust as needed.

      Major fail on our part: totally left avocado off the list! Argh – sorry. Making a few adjustments and triple checking our lists to make sure this doesn’t happen again! Thanks for doing the challenge with us. xo
