Hi friends, hope you’re having a great weekend! By the time you read this, I’ll have been completely unplugged from all devices for 36 hours, with another 12 to go. For our next Wellness Report, I’m taking one for the team and trying out a full-blown digital detox, and if all goes according to plan, I’m currently feeling well-rested and zen’d out. Have y’all ever unplugged for a period of time? If so, how long, and how did it go? Can’t wait to report back, and in the meantime, enjoy my favorite links from around the web lately! xo

I’ve unplugged for a week at a time, but mostly because I was backpacking in Utah. I loved it though! It always feels like you sharpen your senses more after that period without all of the white noise. Enjoy the zen!

The post about French diet is so funny!
I’m french and don’t eat a croissant and chocolate cake every day.

French diet has 3 rules :
    * Enjoy – never just feed
    * Share with family and friends
    * Eat at the same hour every day – 8 am – midday – 8 pm

That fisherman’s shack was SO amazing – I saw it last week on Design Sponge. Truly spectacular, and the family is stunning! I sent my husband that Airstream because we’ve been joking about fixing one up, and I can’t wait to check out some of those memoirs!
