Raise your hand if you’re a fellow Type A do-it-all gal who makes dinner for yourself and others almost every night. Yes? I got you, and my hope is that you’ll take the title of this post and insert your own “husband,” “wife,” “teenage child,” “roommate,” or whatever able-bodied person lives in your house and can safely turn on an oven – then promptly forward this to them for easy reference! Because as much as I love to cook, the thought of having the occasional weeknight where someone besides myself gets a healthy meal on the table while I sit on the couch… take a bath… go for a walk… wait, what? Sorry, I got lost in my own fantasy for a second (LOL.)

We share a lot of easy dinner recipes around here so that busy lives and healthy eating can happily coexist, and I rounded up my favorites that are truly foolproof.

Use this post as a resource when you’re resisting the siren song of pizza delivery – or when it’s someone else’s turn to cook and they’re in need of a little inspiration. And I’d love to hear in the comments how y’all divide up the division of dinner labor in your house. Do you typically do all the cooking, or is it a group effort?
