What to Do With Your Life in July

By Jenn Rose Smith

July in Austin is all about seeking refuge. Cold movie theaters, restaurants after dark and the always spontaneous night swim are means of survival when it comes to triple digit weather. I love this time of year for it’s slower pace and nostalgic little moments of watching bored high school kids hanging out at snow cone stands… in fact I’d be pretty happy in a permanent July situation, despite the heat. Unfortunately we only get 31 days, so it’s time to get real about how to make the most of it. Here are ten delightfully lazy ideas to inspire a relaxed, dreamy July. Stay cool, everyone.
