Chia Berry Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1/2 frozen banana, chopped into 1″ pieces
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- a squeeze of honey
- a few fresh mint leaves (more or less depending on how minty you like it)
- 1-2 cups almond milk
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender, then blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into a large glass – bonus points for a cute straw.
- Drink!
