Goat Cheese Périgord Tartine

  • Bread, toasted
  • Spreadable goat cheese
  • Prosciutto
  • Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • Onion and fig confit
  • Chives, for garnish


Spread a nice layer of goat cheese on one side of toasted bread. Place a slice of prosciutto across the like a ribbon and then 2-3 cherry tomatoes nicely space in a row. In between the tomatoes put very small dabs of the confit and sprinkle chives over the tartine for garnish and color.
