4 hibiscus tea bags
2 tbsp plus 2 tsp Mint Simple Syrup
8 oz prosecco
1 lime, sliced
- In a medium saucepan, bring 3 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove from the heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 10 minutes, then discard the teabags and let cool completely.
- Pour the cooled tea and the Mint Simple Syrup into a pitcher. Stir in the prosecco. Divide between two ice-filled glasses and serve garnished with lime slices.
