Lapsang Suchong Iced Tea

Ingredients
- 5 stalks fresh mint
- three bags tea
- Ice
Instructions
- In a large jug shove in the mint with 2 or 3 bags of tea depending on how strong you want it. Pour a kettle full of boiling water over all of it and let steep for 5 minutes.
- Take out the tea bags and let the brew cool on the counter. Serve over ice. If you want lemon, go right ahead as it adds brightness. I like it both ways. No sugar needed.
Lovely tea and simply made.
