Ingredients
- 4 oz. cava
- 1 oz. Mathilde Poire liqueur
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 3 sage leaves
- Sage leaf for garnish
Instructions
- In a shaker, mix shaved ice, sage, lemon and Mathilde Poire
- Strain into a champagne flute, then top with cava
- Garnish with a sage leaf and thin lemon peel
