To prepare the cucumber cups:
- Cut off the ends of the cucumber, then slice each cucumber into three pieces, about 3″ long.
- Using a vegetable peeler, peel off about 3/4 of the cucumber skin, leaving a little on the bottom.
- With a melon baller, scoop out the seeded part of the cucumber, leaving about 1/2″ at the bottom of the cups. Be careful not to scoop out too much at the edges, otherwise the cups might leak!
- Fill cucumber cups with sangrita.
Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire
- a few shakes of Tabasco® sauce, to taste
- kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- Sauza® Reposado Tequila to serve
Instructions
- Prepare the cucumbers and set aside.
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients and puree together.
- Chill, then pour into cucumber cups or small glasses and serve with small glasses ofS auza® Reposado Tequila.
